ACCUSED SUFFER TRIAL by ALIEN JURY

Government has no power to try you with a jury composed of people foreign to the State and federal judicial district in which you are accused of committing a crime. Today, foreigners summoned for jury duty from voter registration rolls are excused because they are not U.S. citizens. The fact they are on voter registration rolls is another indicator of grave danger altogether.
Supreme Court Justice Byron White, in Duncan v. Louisiana (1968), wrote: "Providing an accused with the right to be tried by a jury of his peers gave him an inestimable safeguard against the corrupt or overzealous prosecutor and against the compliant, biased, or eccentric judge.” Federal and state courts have unvaryingly excluded aliens from jury pools. Government has no power to draw jurors, your peers, from outside the citizenry.
In 2013, the California State Legislature passed a bill that would have made it the first state to allow aliens to serve on juries. The Governor vetoed the bill. In 2014, illegal aliens were granted law licenses in California. It is only a matter of time before some State attempts this again.
Eligibility for jury duty is literally the sole remaining legal difference between U.S. citizens and non-citizens. Thus, it is a major stealth target for globalists sabotage. Expect arguments for alien jurors based on easing the assembly of jury pools and granting legal immigrants a jury of their peers.
Look ahead to these vile arguments: the allegedly “excluded” aliens are purported to be a "distinctive" one in the “community”, that not summoning aliens to jury duty is unreasonable and unfair because there are so many accused aliens facing citizen juries, and that systematic exclusion (by the constitution) is unconstitutional.
Prepare for a foreigner, not a peer, to sit in judgment of a fellow citizen. Be ready for testimony to be read to in a language you cannot comprehend in court, to accommodate foreign participation. Watch for the Supreme Court to pull a “constitutional” basis for alien jurors out of thin air, with absolutely no discernible governing principles tracing back to our trial by jury heritage. See an inestimable safeguard to your liberty fall.
